In 2003, following the enterprise venture policy of 'cultivating brand, reinforcing strength, accelerating development and forming in scales', Shaanxi Automobile started the third Venture.
Shaanxi Automobile Commercial Vehicle Industrial Park, which had an annual production capacity of 150,000 vehicles, was officially put into operation in 2005.
On 28th of September, 2007, to celebrate both Shaanxi Automobile Group and its affiliated company Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile achieving over 10 billion RMB sales in production and sales, a grand ceremony was held in Shaanxi Automobile Commercial Vehicle Industrial Park, becoming the first company with 10 billion RMB sales in equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi province.
On November 16, 2009, at the strong request of local users, SHACMAN Delong F3000 was fully listed in the national market, including tractor truck, dump truck and special vehicle. Its Pure MAN technology and unique peak configuration make it the model of 2009 in China's heavy truck industry.
On January 16, 2009, the international brand "SHACMAN" of Shaanxi Automobile was solemnly unveiled.
In 2010, SHACMAN vehicles went to Yushu earthquake stricken area to deliver relief materials, and donated money to Yushu earthquake stricken area in Qinghai Province, which was praised by SASAC.
On December 18, 2011, The launch ceremony of SHACMAN Delong M3000 was held at 5pm in Hangzhou.
In 2011, SHACMAN Telematics Vehicle Network Service system released.
In 2013, the Shaanxi Automobile Cup Super truck Cross-country Competition was launched.
In December 18, the launch ceremony of SHACMAN X3000 at Xi'an Qujiang International Exhibition Center.
On March 17, 2016 The 10th anniversary of Shaanxi heavy duty automobile import and Export Co., Ltd. the theme of this annual meeting is "ten years of gratitude: new starting point, new challenge, new breakthrough".
In 2017, the annual cumulative production of all kinds of vehicles achieved 190,300 units, with a year-on-year growth of 62%.
Shaanxi Automobile celebrated its 50th anniversary on February 28th, 2018. The company has stepped into the first group in the Chinese commercial vehicle area. Furthermore, Shaanxi Automobile has announced the long-range objectives through the year 2035 in order to achieve the production and sales in amount of 200 billion RMB.
On July 16, 2019, the first customer conference of SHACMAN was held in Xi'an. At the conference with the theme of "coming home", SHACMAN released Delong x5000, which was born in response to standard load transportation.
President Xi Jinping inspected SHAMCAN in April 2020. He praised Shaanxi Automobile for overcoming the impact of the epidemic and creating a record high in production and sales.
